This is a picture of all the items I purchased.

As you can tell, Josh, the manager of store #3068 refused to give me the items I PAID for.

He decided to keep my purchase and said I would only get my stuff back if I return the next day.

Considering the fact that I shop at CVS at least 4 times a week, I’ve raked up my fair share of hours wasted from bad CVS experiences. So much so that I’m pretty tolerant overall to the point where I don’t even get surprised anymore – in fact, I expect it from certain cashiers.

So imagine how frustrated I must truly be to actually take the time out of my day (pre-med student) to actually voice my frustrations to CVS only to be completely ignored. Please bear with me.
